Things aren't looking good for Pearson Specter Litt. After recovering from the blow dealt by Mike Ross' imprisonment for fraud in Season 5, the law firm lost one of its top brass, Jessica Pearson, in the "Suits" Season 6 mid-season. Jessica exit leaves everyone at the firm with very difficult choices to make. For Rachel, it's whether or not to stay with the firm.

Aaron Korsh dished "Suits" Season 6 spoilers in an interview with TVLine, teasing that Meghan Markle's Rachel will receive a job offer in Episode 11. The offer comes from none other than her father, Robert Zane.

"Her father is going to say, 'Listen, it was one thing when Jessica was there. She's not there, and I'm not sure that firm is going to survive without her. Come work for me,'" Korsh reveals about Rachel's situation. "She's got to decide: Is she going to stay at Pearson Specter, or is she going to go work for her dad?"

Although she maintains a good relationship with Robert, Rachel prefers to live outside of her father's shadow. Despite her family's wealth, Rachel prefers to live on the money that she earns and not rely so much on her father. She also doesn't like to be known as Robert's daughter because people tend to treat her different when they find out.

Robert's latest offer, however, comes with other considerations that may sway Rachel into saying yes. For one, Robert's selling point would be that Rachel "might have a better chance of getting into the bar if she left the firm that hired a fraud and moved on."

Aside from Rachel's internal dilemma, Harvey and Louis "are going to have a little bit of a struggle as to what they're going to do moving forward without Jessica," Korsh tells Deadline. Both are going to argue about who's going to lead the firm and what direction they are going to take.

The bickering wouldn't last for long thanks to Donna who will intervene and encourage Harvey and Louis to meet halfway.

Meanwhile, Harvey's offer of a consultant position for Mike is still up in the air. Based on the promo photos for "Suits" Season 6, it appears Mike might accept Harvey's offer.
