Japanese gaming legend Hideo Kojima has been working with Japanese game developer Konami for nearly 30 years, creating sequels and prequels for the "Metal Gear Solid" game series. "Metal Gear Solid 5" is an open-world action adventure game that has been developed by Hideo Kojima's own production company and published by Konami.

The ninth and final installment in the "Metal Gear Solid" series, it closes the loop on the three-decades-long "Metal Gear Solid" saga, which turns out to be one of the best entries in the game series.

Recently, the game has become controversial when The Game Awards 2016 host Geoff Keighley reveals Konami's poor work condition during the "Metal Gear Solid 5" development. According to GameRant, Konami's alleged poor work conditions and internal issues has led to the delay of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain.

There's also some reports that employees would be punished if they aren't deemed as 'useful,' in the company. They forced to become cleaners and security guards and that there are dozens of surveillance cameras in corridors that monitor every employee movements, according to sources familiar with the situation.

Interestingly, the people in charge of the Game Awards also explains that Hideo Kojima was not allowed to discuss any details about his departure from Konami. Geoff Keighley has praised the iconic Japanese video designer for finishing the game on time despite having some issues in the workplace.

Metal Gear Solid 5's female character Quiet to join Hideo Kojima's latest game development

According to SegmentNext, Dutch actress and model Stefanie Joosten might somehow be involved in the Hideo Kojima's upcoming Death Stranding, along with Hollywood celebrities such as Norman Reedus, Guillermo del Toro, and Mads Mikkelsen.

Joosten, who has been living in Japan since 2011, has gained widespread public attention when Japanese gaming giant Konami announced that she would be providing the voice and motion capture for the female character Quiet in the 2015 video game "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain."

During the recent 2016 PlayStation Experience event, "Metal Gear Solid 5" creator Hideo Kojima has confirmed that a female character in the game will also appear, but who that might be we know nothing. So far nothing is unusual but something intriguing has come lately when SegmentNext found that Joosten visited the headquarters of Guerrilla Games, the company behind the groundbreaking Decima engine that currently used in "Death Stranding" development.

Right now, there are no confirmations about this story. But it is not excluded that after working as the female character Quiet for Konami's "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain," Stefanie could return and start working with Hideo Kojima, perhaps on another project such as the 'Death Stranding." For now, these are just speculation and rumors as nothing has been officially revealed yet in the public.
