After "Game of Thrones" released its teaser video for Season 7, fans have took to the internet and shared bits of the teaser giving out little information on what to expect on "GOT" next year.

"Game of Thrones" Season 7 has already been filming with numerous spoilers leaking online. Jon Snow, Sansa Stark, Cersei Lannister and many other known characters will be returning to the show; however there are a couple who are still not sure whether they are part of the cast for Season 7 and one of those is Benjen Stark, the Independent reported

Benjen Stark played Joseph Mawle in the first season and his character mysteriously disappeared past the wall, in which, the Night's Watch believed him to be dead. In Season 6, it was confirmed that Benjen may still be walking the earth but it does not necessarily mean that he is alive.

Rumors about Benjen's character returning in Season 7 continues, with recent photos of Mawle together with Ian Glen and Kristofer Hivju having dinner in Belfast.

Meanwhile, rumors have it that Cersei Lannister's character will have a small chance of surviving. According to the latest "Game of Thrones" Season 7 spoilers, the queen sitting on the Iron Throne would eventually die. Some sources, on the other hand, suggest that she would survive. After Tommen's death, Cersei's character would be more ruthless than before.

According to the Independent, HBO's CEO Richard Plepner has confirmed talks about a spin-off series, saying that there might be some brand extension.

"Right now we're focused on finishing the series with the kind of energy and excitement that everyone has come to expect. We're going to do that while at the same time parallel processing very embryonic stages of other possibilities," says Plepner.

The remaining 13 episodes are to be split across two seasons with the next batch of episodes arriving later than usual in the summer of 2017.

Furthermore, "Game of Thrones" is one of the nominees in the Golden Globes' Best TV Drama category along with its fellow HBO big-hitter "Westworld" and Netffix smash hit "Stranger Things."
