Many NBA teams made major changes to their roster during the 2016 off-season. It resulted in some good and bad NBA teams for the 2016-17 season. The good teams include the Golden State Warriors, Cleveland Cavaliers and Houston Rockets while the bad teams include the Dallas Mavericks, Philadelphia 76ers and Brooklyn Nets.

The Golden State Warriors, according to ESPN, now sport the best record in the NBA among good and bad NBA teams. That is no surprise considering they were able to pull off the biggest free agent acquisition in the team's history after convincing Kevin Durant to join their already star-studded roster. Now, you have two elite scorers in Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry on the same team and it would be hard to imagine this team not hoisting the Larry O'Brien trophy in June.

The Cleveland Cavaliers continue to dominate the Eastern Conference among good and bad NBA teams because LeBron James continues to be his excellent self according to CBS Sports. The Houston Rockets' new coach Mike D' Antoni decided to put James Harden as the starting point guard of the team and it worked wonders as Harden managed to pile up triple-doubles.

The Philadelphia 76ers' bad luck continues as their number one pick Ben Simmons is currently out until the end of the year with an injury. When he does come back, it is doubtful he will deliver his team to the playoffs because they currently have the worst record in the league and that puts them in the bottom of good and bad NBA teams.

The Dallas Mavericks missed out on the big names in the offseason and as a result, they are near the bottom of good and bad NBA teams. The Brooklyn Nets sure made a mistake when they thought Linsanity was coming back when they signed Jeremy Lin in the offseason.
