The iconic LG V10 maybe a year old, but it's still a more capable type of smartphone and one of the best phones of last year: The LG V10 is also the first LG smartphone to feature an experimental secondary ticker screen that users could easily fill up with shortcuts.

According to Android Police, the LG V10 feature a 5.7-inch IPS LCD Capacitive touchscreen along with a Corning Gorilla Glass secondary display, removable Lithium Ion battery, MicroSD Card expansion, a 64 GB of internal storage, and a whopping 4GB of RAM. It runs on Android Lollipop operating system.

Powering this smartphone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC (system on Chip). The V10 uses a 16 megapixels shooter with laser autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, panorama, and an HDR + 5 Megapixel Duo Front Camera with f/2.2 Aperture; Video Capture.

In terms of connectivity, the V10 supports a wide range of standards, which include WiFi Direct, the Bluetooth version, WLAN Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, NFC and more.

In addition to the numerous wireless standards, the V10 also supports Qi wireless charging via the optional CPR-120 wireless charging cover and Qualcomm's Quick Charge 2.0 technology via USB.

The LG V10 is said to be an AT&T branded but unlocked so it should work on other GSM-based networks like Verizon or Sprint. Currently, there are two colors available in the market, the black and opal blue.
In comparison, other smartphones like the crowd's favorite Apple iPhone 6s Plus and Samsung Galaxy Note 5 have only lost a small fraction of their original cost.

At $260, the LG V10 is one of the most powerful affordable phones in the market.
