HTC 10 isn't quite a punch and the Chinese phone maker plans to right all the wrongs this time. HTC is said to bring a lot of upgrades in HTC 11 starting from the latest and fastest Soc, huge internal memory and more.

HTC 11 Specs and Design

A rendered image of HTC 11 pops up on Weibo, wherein the device is seen from the front and back sides. The dual-lens camera module is on sight but it does not carry HTC logo at its back panel.

HTC 11 is reportedly designed in a larger size, sporting 5.5-inch display, Quad HD resolution. Under the hood, a Snapdragon 835 chipset will power the device while its battery capacity is said to receive a gain from 3,000 mAh to 3,700 mAh with Quick Charge 4.0, DigitalTrends reported.

There has been a rumor that HTC 11 may rock a whopping storage - 256 GB - but it will likely be an optional using Micro SD Card instead of a default. Although Snapdragon 835 supports 8GB of RAM, HTC 11 is expected to ship a smaller RAM capacity of 6GB, PCAdvisor reported.

Rumors keep pointing at a Boomsound stereo speakers on HTC 11 as many HTC 10 users don't feel satisfied with the offered speakers.

For photography enthusiasts, HTC 11 will make a great buy as it is rumored to come with 12MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera - an upgrade from HTC 10's 5MP selfie shooter.

HTC 11 Release Date in 2017

HTC 11 is expected to be unveiled in Q1 2017. April 2017 will be HTC 10 first anniversary and it will make sense if HTC launches a new phone as its successor. HTC could introduce HTC 11 at Mobile World Congress (MWC) in February and distribute the smartphone globally a few months after.

HTC 11 Price Range

There is no word on the exact price but judging from the premium tech specs, HTC 11 could be between $579 - $649.
