Nintendo, the Japanese gaming giant has announced recently that it will reveal more details on the Switch launch, including the Nintendo Switch release date and the Switch pricing details, at the upcoming Nintendo Switch Presentation on January 2017.

While the recent announcement has finally confirmed many of the leaks and rumors by many media companies in the last few months, there's a still a lot that the crowd doesn't know about the upcoming game console.

These may include the exact final release date, pricing details, complete technical specifications, and last, the complete list of games included on board.

According to Dual Shockers, the U.S.-based gaming giant, Electronic Arts is planning to develop games for Nintendo Switch. EA Chief Competition Officer Peter Moore also shared a statement at the Credit Suisse 2016 Annual Technology Conference that Nintendo will always play an important partner and that a game will be made on the Switch.

EA is not the only company that is impressed by the upcoming game console. Ubisoft has also pledged support for the game console after the Nintendo announced the release of its Nintendo Switch.

According to IGN, the following games have been officially confirmed for release on the Nintendo Switch:

Splatoon Switch
Mario Kart Switch
Dragon Quest X
Dragon Quest XI
Untitled Steamworld Game
Just Dance 2017
Holiday 2017 Sonic Game
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

In addition to the game, the new gaming console will also feature a multi-touch screen, which unlike its predecessors the Wii U, 3DS, or DS, uses capacitive technology. The report also said that the device will feature a 6.2 inches display, with 720p resolution, and will support up to 10 touch points.

In terms of release date, the Japanese company has already confirmed a March 2017 release date for the Nintendo Switch, although the exact date will be announced this coming January 2017.

In terms of pricing, Nintendo has not released any detail about pricing yet, but Ovum analyst Paul Jackson makes some predictions, suggesting a £200-£220 ($253.80-$279.18) price tag, which according to the analysts would represent the "sweet spot for mass adoption".

Recent leaks suggested the Nintendo Switch will cost around £200, but nothing has been confirmed by the Japanese gaming giant Nintendo.
