Johnny Depp seems to be in serious trouble since he is rumored to be out of the series after the "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales."

According to Chattsportsnet, Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom will be out of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" series after the fifth installment of the movie, which is set to be released on May 26, 2017. It further added that the newcomer Brenton Thwaites is being eyed by the company to lead the next "Pirates of the Caribbean" installment.

However, many fans dismissed the idea of having the series without Johnny Depp and his character as Captain Sparrow. For one, fans think that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" franchise cannot afford to go on without him since he has always been the face of the show.

The speculation of Johnny Depp leaving "Pirates of the Caribbean" broke out because of the rumor that Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) and Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) have been casted as supporting roles, wherein the highlight of the movies' next installment will be Kaya Scodelario and Brenton Thwaites' relationship. However, fans remain resolute that this idea seems farfetched. If any, the struggles of Carina Smyth (Kaya Scodelario) and Henry Turner (Brenton Thwaites) will be a secondary storyline in the "Pirates of the Caribbean 5."

While the rumored change of Johnny Depp's part as a supporting cast may not be true, it seems real that Orlando Bloom will indeed have a limited exposure in the "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales." Accordingly, he might only have a cameo role and appear to prove that he is Henry's father.

Meanwhile, the movie goes with a title "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Revenge of Salazar" in some European countries such as in France, Italy, and Spain. This means that the focus of the movie is the revenge of Captain Salazar (Javier Bardem) against Captain Jack Sparrow for allegedly being responsible for the death of his brother.

ComicBook reported that "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" will tell a story of Salazar's quest to kill every pirate in the Caribbean together with his ghost pirate crews.

"Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" is slated to premiere in May 2017.
