Avid fans and hardcore gamers of "The Legend of Zelda" surely know how old the game is now. This year marks the 25th year of "The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past." 

"The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past" first came out in Japan on November 21, 1991, and as every gamer knows, it is one of the most recognized franchises of all gaming titles. "A Link to the Past" was the very first Super Nintendo game.

According to Slash Gear, "The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past" is also one of the 8 best games for the SNES Classic Edition because it had held a high self-esteem by many Zelda fans and that it is a close to perfect game that Nintendo must consider the things they made right when making another Zelda game.

Although "The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past" is the third Zelda series, this action-adventure video game was a hit and even considered to be one the greatest video games of all time. The game is focused on the journey of a boy named Link to save Hyrule, to defeat Ganon in order to save the maidens related to the sages.

Twenty-five years after release, "The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past" is still making noise due to its Randomizer. Anyone who has been playing the game or might have even known the game by heart might agree that the Randomizer is an exciting development. Because it allows players to switch things up and turns the game into a brand new one.

Because of the capability of the Randomizer, it is making the game very challenging especially to those speed runners who have already memorized every glitch of the game, Kotaku reported.
