Actress Masiela Lusha is known for her role in "Sharknado: The 4^th Awakens" and her appearances in the hit television show "George Lopez." But aside from her work in the TV and movie industry, she is also a poet.

She has traveled the world and was even assigned as a United Nations ambassador for the World Assembly of Youth. Plus, she speaks four languages including English, German, Hungarian and Albanian. But she is also an accomplished poet.

During an interview with The Celebrity Cafe, she talks about how she further understood her passion and work from her college and university degree.

Ever since she was 12 years old, she has always written poetry. She describes them like they are personal entries in a diary. As a child living in the United States after moving from Albania, she was enrolled in a special education class because she didn't understand English. Back in Albania, she enrolled in a public school. She only knew German, Hungarian and Albanian. Eventually, through poetry and stitching words together, she learned English. She knew at this age that she always wanted to be an actress. But as a restless child after graduating high school, she decided to enroll in a community college.

While working on set, she studied in Glendale College because of the flexible hours. She then took a degree in UCLA. She was accepted as a junior (at 18 years old) UCLA and she Lusha majored in Creative Writing. Lusha has also earned a degree from FIDM and credits her education when designing her clothes. She recalls her experience in UCLA as one of her best experiences because it taught her about certain literature.

Her advice for actors who wants to go back to school? Lusha says to go for it. Actors need to understand the meaning behind each script, she adds. She also feels that studying literature can be applied to acting.
