Back in previous years, Apple always comes up with exceptional product lines. However, the latest release of the new Macbook Pro, which is the key to Apple's identity proves that Apple seems to have fallen behind.

Undoubtedly, the entry-level Macbook pro is an admirable device with great design. It has got an edge in battery life as it can run more than nine hours streaming videos, and it also has a competitive display with its 2560 x 1600 Retina screen resolution that produces accurate color. In addition, the stereo speakers on the front side provide remarkable sound, reported Huffington Post.

The Apple's most usable laptop, the 2016 Macbook Pro is now more powerful, lightweight and super thin that can be gauged between the Macbook Air and the 12-inch MacBook.

So, what makes Apple fall behind its competitors?Though there isn't much trouble regarding the design, the real issue is on the inside.

According to Digital Trends, Macs are becoming bloated, outdated and overpriced machines. The Macbook Pro 13 inch and 15 inch has 2560 x 1600 Retina screen resolution which is just a minor touch-up of the 2012 Pro. The display is fine, but what's bothersome is that other laptop brands also have that similar specification that cost less considering they are touchscreens. One more thing is that the new Macbook Pro doesn't come in 32 GB RAM configurations.

At a price starting at $2,000 with Intel Core i7-4770HQ processor running at 2 GHz which was launched in the third quarter of 2014, indicates that Apple is behind on performance and efficiency, not even close to Dell XPS 15 or ASUS Zenbook UX 501. Clearly shows that the new Apple Macbook Pro is quite overpriced.

Furthermore, Macbook Pro is stuck with an Intel Iris Pro 5200 IGP which is already outdated.

With all these issues about the new MacBook Pro, the consumers still have the final say.
