Amidst the long-standing rumors about the launching of iPad Pro 2 in 2017, there are speculations that Apple won't be releasing any tablet next year to highlight the iPhone 8. For this reason, iPad Pro 2 in 2018 are expected to have flexible AMOLED display and support for Apple pencil.

Apple iPad Pro 2 Specs and Features

The most-talked about iPad Pro 2 is expected to come out in three variants - 7.9-inch (rumored as the iPad Mini 5), 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch.  One of the most notable added features to the tablets is the support for Apple Pencil for Messages, Mail and Safari, according to PC Advisor.

Furthermore, iPad Pro 2 is also believed to feature a flexible AMOLED display; however, based on other reports, this will be available for the 2018 versions of tablets only. For the presumed iPad Pro 2 to be released in 2017, it is expected for the tablet to feature a faster display technology for scrolling, panning and zooming.

Better keyboard accessory is expected to land in iPad Pro 2 most especially to the 9.7-inch model. The previous version offers great miss when typing thus, makes the typing accuracy weaker; besides iPad Pro 2 aims to be a business-centric and better keyboard is one way important to achieve productivity.

In addition, iPad Pro 2 is expected to be faster and efficient compared to its predecessor. As added by the same publication, the tablet will run the Apple proprietary chipset called A10X coupled with a new system updated called iOS 11, which is believed to bring about revolutionary changes to the performance of the device.

Apple has failed to mention about the iPad Pro 2 during the WWDC 2016 thus, made the fans to speculate that there will be no iPad Pro 2 to be announced in 2017. However, according to MacWorld, the device is expected to be announced by Apple in March 2017 together with the new iPhone 8.
