She is famous for her beauty. Brooke Shields is a model, actress and acclaimed author. But behind all that, she holds a degree in French Literature. Shileds is an Ivy League graduate from Princeton University.

Brooke Shields was born in 1965. And this American actress, according to KR CR Tv, finished her higher education in 1987.

Unlike most celebrities, she did not postpone her education to pursue her career. She did the opposite.

Born in Manhattan, her mother already declared that she wants her to be active in show business. This happened when she was only five days old. Her mother helped her by pushing her to take piano, ballet and riding lessons.

At a young age, she attended the New Lincoln School until eighth grade. Later on, she enrolled at the Dwight-Englewood School in Englewood, New Jersey. She graduated in 1983. It was there that she encountered her first paparazzi. Afterwards, she attended Princeton University to receive a bachelor's degree in French Literature. She was able to finish her degree in 1987. This was only possible because in 1983 she decided to pause her modeling career and dedicate the next four years to attend college.

She was very active at Princeton. She was a member of the Princeton Triangle Club and the Cap and Gown Club. Her thesis was titled "The Initiation: From Innocence to Experience: The Pre-Adolescent/Adolescent Journey in the Films of Louis Malle, Pretty Baby and Lacombe Lucien." During her time at the university, she was not shy about talking about her virginity and sexuality.

In 1990s, she returned to acting. She performed in several films but only took minor roles. Until the world met "Suddenly Susan." The series was lead by Brooke Shields herself and it ran for four years.

And the rest, as they say in Hollywood, is Brook Shields' history.
