There are plenty of reasons why TV viewers should catch the fresh start of "Supergirl" on the CW. On its second season, Superman will be finally introduced, more villains, new friends, and more possible crossovers.

"Supergirl" Season 1 first premiered on CBS. Now, "Supergirl" Season 2 has moved to a new home- The CW Network.

Anyway, Superman is expected to appear in the new season. Aside from that, expect there will be tensions between Kara's two families on Season 2.

Andrew Kreisberg, executive producer of "Supergirl" revealed that there will be tensions between Kara's two families. Kreisberg told Entertainment Weekly that Alex (Chyler Leigh) will be concerned about Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) showing up in Kara's life. Most of the time, Clark did not show up to Kara in her early years on Earth.

Since Kara will finally meet her cousin after so many years, she is very excited, however, her sister, Alex, feels she was taken for granted.

"Kara is so excited to see Clark and so excited to be with him, it's almost a little bit like Alex feels taken for granted, because she's the family member who's put in the time," Kreisberg told EW.

"Dollhouse" star Dichen Lachman was announced to portray the role of Roulette, Screen Rant reported. This DC Comics villain a martial artist and math wiz, and she's using her skills in math for calculating gambling odds.

This villain wears a red dress, and has a massive dragon tattoo that spans her body.

There is a potential crossover for "Supergirl" and "Legends of Tomorrow." The Roulette first appeared in JSA Secret Files #2 in 2001. This villain was also introduced as a "Justice Society Villain." So since JSA is one of the major factors in "Legends of Tomorrow," this could be mean there's a chance for more crossovers, Den of Geek explained.

"Supergirl" Season 2 will premiere on Monday, Oct. 10, on the CW at 8 p.m.
