The long-awaited adaptation of the famous video game, "Assassin's Creeed" is about to set foot on the big screens. Just recently, images from the movie  have surfaced on the web and it left fans speculating about what will happen in the movie.

Images with Michael Fassbender as Callum Lynch and his ancestor Aguilar were revealed by The Playlist. While many of the shown images are just Fassbender posing as an assassin. However, there are other images which are intriguing. There are seven images revealed by The Playlist.

One of the most intruiging images was showing Michael Fassbender in Aguilar's outfit, showing off the hidden blades. The interesting part here, however, is the background as it can  be clearly recognized as the Templar Headquarters which is also known as Abstergo Industries where Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender) is detained. In the "Assassin's Creed" game, the Templars have done many things with science but time travel is not one of those things. Therefore, it can be concluded that the character in the costume is Callum Lynch dressing up as Aguilar. One possibility is that he would use the skills he acquired from the animus to escape from Abstergo, according to Games Radar.

When individuals who have assassin ancestors are put on the 'animus', they tend to learn the skills of thei ancestors. The process is called the Bleeding Effect. This logic could be the reason why Callum Lynch could escape the Abstergo facility.

There is also a picture where Fassbender is bound to some sort of a framework and then hung from above with half of his body submerged in a pool of water. Several images shows Michael Fassbender in the assassin outfit. One of which is a close up shot of him aiming a bow while the other shows him riding a horse.

"Assassin's Creed Movie" will hit the theatres on December 21^st. For the images, visit The Playlist.
