Fans of "The Flash" were excited when images of Keiynan Lonsdale's character, Wally West was finally seen in the "Kid Flash" costume. It has been long suspected that showrunners Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg would go the route of introducing "Flashpoint" into the storyline, and while the idea of Wally West turning into a speedster has been hinted at over the last season, nothing has been definite about the plans for Jesse Wells AKA "Jesse Quick." Now, according to IB Times, there may be some developments.

Actress Violett Beane who portrays Jesse Wells in the hit CW superhero series, was spotted shooting a scene in downtown Vancouver with co-star Keiynan Lonsdale on Thursday, August 18. Although this is not the very first time that the actors have been in the same scene together, the newly shot events will be a part of Season 3 and seems to allude that the DC show will still go around exploring a potential romance between Jesse and Wally.

However, Beane herself is unsure of whether or not her character will be romantically involved with Lonsdale's in the upcoming season, but she did mention that it only makes sense that Wally and Jesse ends up together.

According to Super News By Movie Pilot, Beane also pointed out that audiences saw Jesse and Wally doing a bit of flirting in some episodes of season 2. She also added that Keiynan is a great actor and that they are both in agreement that something is up with how the showrunners are approaching their character. She also says that Lonsdale and her will just roll with it and see what happens, and if a relationship between their characters receive the green light, then they are both fine with it. Also noting that they are both young and outsiders, with the convenience of finding each other.
