The release date of Microsoft "Surface Pro 5" is pushed to early 2017.

Rumors have been circulating around the device for quite some time that it will be installed with Intel Kaby Lake processor. It is anticipated that the technology company Intel will probably launch the new processor before April 30.

It was claimed that the "Surface Pro 5" was about to release on the market this fall. But, Microsoft made a choice to wait until the release of Intel's Kaby Lake processor. As the upcoming processor will have an enhanced functionality compared to its previous counterpart, the microarchitecture redesign - Skylake, according to Technology News Extra.

Also, the reason why Microsoft's upcoming device will be released on 2017, is that the tablet will have Redstone 2 as a built-in feature, based on the report of Morning Ledger.

Other rumors claimed that the tablet's RAM capacity will be about 16 gigabyte, which is an acceptable amount for individuals that use the gadget in a multitasking manner.

The device is also said to bring some competition to its opponents on the market with some insane graphics, it is either with the NVIDIA graphics card or a Polaris graphics processing unit (GPU) from AMD.

As for the display, people can only hope that the tech company will provide 4k resolution to be paired with the graphics, but even a 2k one will work just fine on this type of gadget, according to Neuro Gadget.

However, if the upcoming device has any of the graphics cards, the owner can expect the gadget to be marketed as a gaming tablet.

The "Surface Pro 5" will also be packed with a USB Type-C port, which enables a person to not only charge the tablet quickly but also transfer files quickly.

And the upcoming tablet will cost $100 higher than the previous Surface tablet.
