Now that the Warriors are looking halfway to clinch a title before leaving the Bay, Cavs has to figure out a way to make a statement in Game 2 because the stakes were high following their 15-point Game 1 loss. However, by the end of NBA Finals Game 2, Warriors surely made a resounding message with their 110-77 blowout win taking a 2-0 series lead.

Now, let us look at NBA's what went right and wrong during the Game 2:

RIGHT: The Dabbing Splash Brothers

Despite the 20 combined points of Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry, Golden State still won Game 1. This is their lowest total of the season. Curry played just 24 minutes in Game 2 out of foul trouble but he managed to score 18 points and pull pff a team-high nine rebounds. While, Klay Thompson had 17 point-innings and five assists, counting a flurry halfway through the second quarter that kicked a 20-2 run from the Warriors to surmount Cleveland's six-point lead. And this is their largest of the game.

WRONG: Kyrie IrvingKevin Love

Irving and Love, the two-thirds of Cleveland's Big Three, are expected to assist LeBron James bear the load for the Cavaliers. Unfortunately, it did not work out that way in Game 2. However, that was somewhat due to injury. At the end, Irving had 10 points and one assist. He finished the game with a -26 plus/minus mark. Meanwhile, plans went wrong for Love. He was detached and was placed in the NBA's concussion protocol.

RIGHT: LeBron James

Finishing one assist timid of a triple-double in Game 1, James scored 19 points, nine assists and eight rebounds for Game 2. It has been Cleveland's best forward and did almost everything in Game 2.

WRONG: J.R. Smith, Channing Frye

Cleveland's floor-stretchers failed to open the floor. Noticeably, the sharpshooting Smith gained 12.4 ppg during the regular season while Frye did remarkable in the postseason for Cleveland with an average 2.5 three-pointers in the playoffs.
