Paramount California University is now offering an executive MBA program in the Middle East, school officials announced.

The "flexible" program is designed for working adults eager to accelerate their careers, specifically in the Middle East. Through partnerships with professors and education providers, the program makes it easy for professionals eager to brush up their skills or improve their qualifications to meet the demands of the changing workplace.

"Through well-crafted course outlines, expert online instruction, and interaction with fellow students, the executive MBA program provides valuable knowledge with flexible self-paced education," school officials said in a news release.

The MBA program has been tailored to meet the needs of working professionals in the region so they can spend more time on coursework preparation, career development and business networking. Each course in the program includes comprehensive lessons and a discussion area.

School officials said the program will likely attract senior-professionals in the Middle East region with an average of three years of work experience or more and remarkable leadership competencies.

The Executive MBA Program intends to develop each candidate's intellectual standing, professional integrity, global sensitivity and local networking so they can contribute meaningfully to the business community in the Middle East region, according to school officials.
