Samsung Galaxy S8 is set to be launched on March 29 which apparently made loyal fans excited for the latest offerings of the next "Galaxy Queen". In relation to that, rumors suggest that the device will be offered at 50 percent discount to all Galaxy Note 7 users.

The investigation conducted for Samsung Galaxy Note 7 battery explosion has led to a conclusion regarding the large number of consumers who continue to stick to the demised device amidst the debacle. According to CNET, there are 10,000 accounted loyal Note 7 users who look forward to upgrade to the next smartphone.

In relation to that, Samsung Galaxy S8 is rumored to be offered with 50 percent discount to all Galaxy Note 7 users to heal the wound resulted from the early demised of the handset. However, Galaxy Note 8 is rumored to fill the gap left by its predecessor instead of Galaxy S8.

Nevertheless, if rumors are true regarding the Galaxy S8's leaked price, the new smartphone is $100 cheaper than Galaxy S7. According to Express, the price of the new device could also spell trouble for Apple iPhone 8 which costs over $1000 for the entry-level.

Latest updates about Galaxy S8 include the three color options: Black Sky, Orchid Grey and Arctic Silver; but a Golden version is the latest subject of the rumor. Newest set of key features include Bixby Assistant as confirmed by Samsung, high-performing camera, longer battery life, enhanced VR platform experience and more stylish design, PC Advisor reported.

Feature modifications are also highly anticipated such as removal of physical home button and replacing it with virtual one, full-screen and dual-curved edge display and relocated fingerprint scanner in the rear. Samsung Galaxy S8 standard version costs $799 while the Plus Variant will be showcased at $899.

Other sources claim that pre-orders will be shipped a week later after the official launching date. Other reports also claim that 6GB version of Samsung Galaxy S8 is heading in China, but this remains unverified.
