Game developer Capcom and publisher Microsoft have announced that "Dead Rising 4" will get the Frank Rising DLC next month. They also revealed that a new golf course will be released sometime in the future.

Frank Rising DLC release date

According to the official website of Xbox, the video game's upcoming DLC will be released on April 4. It will be released for the Xbox One and the PC through Windows 10 and it will only cost game owners $9.99. It can also be obtained as part of the Season Pass.

Frank Rising DLC overview

In this DLC, the main protagonist of "Dead Rising 4," Frank West, has become the newest member of Willamette's horde. This will be an all-new single-player story for the video game, which will make it very interesting to play with. This lets the players explore what happens to Frank after an all-new outbreak in the zombie-infested city.

Frank will be infected in this story and he will wander the city with a beaten and bloody body with a hunger for the flesh. A former ally will discover him and will label him as an incurable, and infected human. He will find help from an unlikely source, and he will have to race against time to find a permanent solution for the infection while developing new abilities and strength.

Frank will not be able to eat regular food to stay alive in this DLC story, and he will have to eat human flesh to survive in it. He also learns that there are other survivors trapped in the city with him and he will try to rescue them and his own self before the government wipes it off the map for good.

In other related news, the video game will get a new mini-game called the Super Ultra "Dead Rising 4" Mini Golf, according to the official website of Steam. It will be released soon on PC and Xbox One and it will cost $9.99 only. It is also included in the Season Pass.
