While the Redmond, Washington-based tech monster is gearing up to offer a huge price cut for its Surface products, rumor has it that the tech giant is clearing out stocks for the imminent release of the Microsoft Surface Pro 5. Wherein, the entry-level Surface Book, which was previously priced at $1,499, is now available at $1,299. Meanwhile, the Surface Pro 4, packed with Intel Core m3 4GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage, is up for grabs for only $699, and the i5 8GB of RAM along with 256 storage is now available for $1,049, which was priced at $1,199. The huge sale of the Surface products will last until Feb. 25, iDigital Times reported.

Nevertheless, the upcoming Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is packed with a great number of new features and technical specs, which are not included in the current Surface Pro 4. The Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is said to come along with a 4K/UHD display as well as a 3840x2560 pixel screen. The tech giant had previously delayed the release of the upcoming device due to Microsoft's plan to absorb the latest technology in the device's architecture.

Also, the soon-to-be-released Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is rumored to have a full support for Microsoft's Bluetooth-enabled Surface Dial. The Surface Dial was initially introduced with the tech giant's new Microsoft Surface Studio. Moreover, apart from the Surface Dial feature, the all new rechargeable Surface Pen is said to be featured in the upcoming Microsoft Surface Pro 5. The new rechargeable Surface Pen is expected to offer greater functionality for Microsoft's forthcoming device, according to Market Exclusive.
