All the features we have heard of including the still the unthinkable design made their appearance in the iPhone 8 concept design.

However, Utebayev's iPhone 8 concept design bears resemblance from Samsung's Galaxy Edge models, Yahoo News reported. iPhone 8 Revolutionary Sensor Approach

Meanwhile, the new iPhone plans to revolutionize its sensor approach and the materials will be supplied by STMicroelectronics Company according to Reuters. The French-Italian company has partnered with Apple for the recent iPhone 7 and it is reportedly coming back to supply Touch-of-Flight (ToF) Sensors for the iPhone 8.

In addition, iPhone 8 will be tapping into the ToF technology to measure ranges between the iPhone camera and objects within its view range. iPhone 8 will use the advantage of the ToF since it does not depend on reflected light level. It instead measures the time of travel of photons emitted from a laser diode wherein the travel time is independent of the reflectance of the target surface

Apple will be launching the iPhone 8 this Fall 2017 coinciding the phone 10 anniversary.
