"Once Upon a Time" will showcase a huge princess team-up when it returns for the second half of Season 6 on ABC. Ariel (JoAnna Garcia Swisher) is splashing back and she will be working with her fellow Disney princess, Jasmine (Karen David), along with Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Hook (Colin O'Donoghue).

Ariel is a good friend and ally of Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin). The redhead mermaid, who's capable of traveling between realms without any kind of aid, first appeared on "Once Upon a Time" in the sixth episode of Season 3.

The last time "Once Upon a Time" fans saw Ariel, she was reuniting Ursula (Merrin Dungey) with her father, Poseidon (Ernie Hudson), in Season 4. Because of that, Ursula got her much-desired happy ending.

Swisher's return to "Once Upon a Time" will be just for one episode, Entertainment Weekly reported. Executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis told the news outlet that Ariel will cross paths with Jasmine for a "big time princess team-up." Their adventure with Emma and Hook will come with a "daunting challenge."

The second half of "Once Upon a Time" Season 6 will have Emma and Regina (Lana Parrilla) stuck in the wish realm after the latter got distracted from the alternate version of her soul mate, Robin Hood (Sean Maguire). Aside from Robin, the two women will face an even bigger challenge while in this alternate world.

To make Emma believe that the realm she's in is not her real world, Regina dressed as the Evil Queen and killed Snow and Prince Charming (Josh Dallas). Angered by this, Henry (Jared Gilmore) tried to end Regina's life. That's when Emma "woke up" from the illusion and used her powers -- magic that she didn't knew she had -- to prevent Henry from harming Regina.

Of course, not everyone in the wish realm is "awake" like Emma. Kitsis said that Emma's partnership with the person who killed the king and queen will push Henry and the rest of the people to hunt her and Regina, TVLine reported.

Back in Storybrooke, Hook and David (also portrayed by Dallas) will try their best looking for Emma and Regina, while also searching for a way to prevent Emma's prophesied death. But David's troubles don't stop here. He's also stuck in a sleeping curse with Snow, which put the other asleep while the other is awake.
