From Xiaomi's Mi Note 2 to LeEco Le Max 2, there are great choices available for people panning to get a 6GB RAM smartphones. Meanwhile, there are upcoming smartphones in 2017 with 8GB RAM that highly anticipated from LeEco Le Max 2 Pro to Microsoft;s Surface Phone.

Top Smartphones with 6GB RAM

First is the new Xiaomi Mi Note 2, which are already available for pre-order from China at CNY 3,299, Rs 34,000 or about $474, NDTV reported. It has a 5.7-inch full-HD Oled screen display running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It has 6GB worth of RAM and it comes with 128GB worth of storage.

Next is the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, which has a 6-inch full HD Amoled screen display running on octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 SoC. It has 6GB worth of RAM and 64GB worth of storage, which can be extended with a microSD card with up to 256GB storage.

Another one of the top 5 smartphones with 6GB RAM is the OnePlus 3, which is Rs. 27,999 or about $410. It comes with the Snapdragon 820 processor and runs on OxygebOS, which is based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. This has 64GB worth of internal storage.

The Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe is another one of the top 5 smartphones with 6GB RAM, which is priced at $499. It sports a 5.7-inch full-HD screen display with Snapdragon 820 processor. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, which is based on ZenUI.  It has 64GB worth of internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD card with up to 256GB.

Finally there is the LeEco Le Max 2, which has 6GB RAM and 64GB worth of internal storage. It has a 5.7-inch QHD screen display, it runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and it has the Snapdragon 820 processor.

2017 Anticipated Smartphones with 8GB RAM

Meanwhile, there are some notable upcoming smartphones in 2007 that has 8GB RAM. There is the LeEco Le Max 2 Pro, Microsoft Surface Phone, and the OnePlus 4, DLB Gadget reported. The OnePlus 4, is reportedly OnePlus 5, since the company bypassed the OnePlus 4 for reasons that the number is unlucky in Chinese tradition.
