‘Supernatural’ Season 12 Update: Lucifer Goes To White House In Midseason Finale

In the midseason finale of "Supernatural" Season 12, Dean and Sam Winchester will be going to the White House to look for Lucifer. The thrilling episode will be shown this Thursday, 9 p.m. ET on the CW Network.

According to Spoiler TV, "Supernatural" Season 12 Episode 8 sees The President of the United States of America involuntarily making a deal with Lucifer which prompts Sam, Dean, Castiel, Crowley and Rowena to join forces in order to fight off the devil. Already on its 12th season, "Supernatural" tells the story of brothers Sam and Dean Winchester teaming up to fight supernatural forces of evil that roam the planet including monsters, demons and gods.

"Supernatural" Season 12 Episode 8 is titled, "Lotus" according to Comic Book Movie. Lucifer revealed in "Supernatural" Season 12 Episode 7 that he loves to be adored and worshipped by a lot of people so he figured out the best person to make a deal with is the President himself. His previous vessel, rock star Vince Vicente won't be of use to him anymore so he decided to move on to someone more powerful.

As seen in the newly released "Supernatural" Season 12 trailer, Lucifer occupies the body of a priest while walking the halls of a church. Dean Winchester also gains a lot of new tools in his arsenal including a grenade launcher. Dean has hinted in the past episodes that he has wanted to use the grenade launcher for a long time.

"Supernatural" Season 12 Midseason Finale stars Jared Padalecki as Sam, Jensen Ackles as Dean, Misha Collins as Castiel, Mark A. Sheppard as Crowley, Ruth Connell as Rowena and David Chisum as The President of the United States of America.
