HTC 10 Evo/HTC Bolt Price, Specs, News: Device Revives Snapdragon 810, Still Better Than OnePlus 3T? [VIDEO]

The mobile phone network company HTC made it known that the HTC 10 Evo, also called as the HTC Bolt and exclusively distributed by Sprint in the U.S., is said to be the ideal Android smartphone in the lucrative smartphone world.

The lucrative smartphone world is dominated by companies like Huawei and ZTE that sell last-generation flagships, in which these companies packed their devices with own-brand chipsets rather than a full-blown Qualcomm Snapdragons. Even so, the HTC 10 Evo with its full-metal body, large 1440p display, as well as Snapdragon SoC, should cover that segment nicely.

The HTC 10 Evo, which is powered by a Snapdragon 810 and an Octa-core SoC that was launched in 2014, is said to run slower with the Snapdragon 810. Nonetheless, the brand new, unlocked 32 gigabyte HTC 10, which is said to be one of the best Android smartphones released in 2016, costs less with £500 or $621.16 from numerous online stores. The HTC 10 is a smartphone that packs the latest Snapdragon 820, 4 gigabyte of RAM, and a 3,000mAh battery inside a slick metal chassis, according to Arstechnica.

Meanwhile, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer OnePlus sells the OnePlus 3T for just £400 or $439, and the smartphone comes along with a Snapdragon 821, 6 gigabyte of RAM, 64 gigabyte of storage, as well as a great build-quality and materials. With that, tech fans hardly see what's the point of the Evo to roll out with Snapdragon 810.

That being the case, as HTC recently hosted an event in Taiwan, the company set the event as the international release of the HTC Bolt. Even so, on the international scene, the device is called HTC 10 Evo. The HTC Bolt or HTC 10 Evo is packed with a 5.5-inch, QHD, Super LCD 3 panel, along with a layer of Gorilla Glass 5 on top. The HTC 10 evo also comes with a 16 megapixel main shooter and an 8 megapixel selfie snapper, GSM Arena reported.
