1. Be very good at something whether it is something you do to earn money or even if it's a hobby, you have be able to master a skill. Instead of just watching what people do, he emerged into the use of social media platforms like Snapchat and Instagram.

2. "Audit your work between 7pm to 2am". According to Gary, this is the best time to be productive when it comes to business. These hours are meant to be used wisely and more efficiently.

3. Increase your self-awareness. Gary shares how this skill has made him more successful and made him generally happy as a person. He strongly believes that it is one of the most important gifts a person can have. Your ability to discover your real strengths and passion are the keys to achieving success.

4. Stop complaining and look at life at a different perspective. Negativity and complaining are just a huge waste of time, says Gary. He recommends to try to get away with the habit of complaining until you can completely let it go and you'll notice how it impacts your life. Do anything you have to do to lessen complaining and you'll see at how it transforms your life career wise and even your personal life.
