‘Outlander’ Season 3 Casts: Features The Dunsany Sisters, Geneva & Isobel; Now Filming In Scotland [VIDEO]

By

The roles of Geneva Dunsany and Isobel Dunsany have now been announced.

On Thursday, Starz announced that Hannah James will play Geneva Dunsany and Tanya Reynolds will play Isobel Dunsany. James recently appeared as Emma Green in "Mercy Street" while Reynolds recently finished her work on the drama "Delicious."

Fans of "Voyager-the Outlander" novel-will recall Geneva as beautiful as she is headstrong, spoiled and demanding. She's used to getting exactly what she wants, but underneath the petulant exterior she's vulnerable and naive due to her sheltered life. Isobel however, is the opposite of her older sister. She's described as warm, friendly and genuine, more likable and compassionate towards the others.

"Outlander" Season 3 is currently filming in Scotland and it's safe to say that they are now working on where and how the roles of Dunsany sisters figure into the plot.

The story will pick up right after Claire (Caitriona Balfe) returns to her life in 1948. She's pregnant and struggling with the repercussions of her sudden reappearance. Back in the 18th century, Jamie (Sam Heughan) is suffering with the aftermath of the battle of Culloden and the loss of Claire. But years pass and Jamie and Claire attempt to rebuild their lives apart, but their love for each other didn't disappear, Hypable reported.

Furthermore, Hannah James and Tanya Reynolds weren't the only ones who've been added to the cast list. Lauren Lyle won the role of Marsali, Wil Johnson will play Joe Abernathy, John Bell is set to take the role of young Ian Murray, César Domboy will play as the older Fergus and David Berry for the key role of the older Lord John Grey.

Actors who will play Yi Tien Cho/Mr. Willoughby, Joan MacKimmie, Reverend Archibald Campbell, Margaret Campbell, and Dr. Lawrence Stern are still yet to announced.

"Outlander" will return in Spring of 2017.
