PS4 Pro Tips, Tricks, News: Sony’s Way To Get The Best Image Quality; Price, Specs, Details Here! [VIDEO]

After almost a year's worth of rumors of the PlayStation 4 Pro, the most powerful video game console is now available in the market.

As gamers are getting their hands on the PS4 Pro, the console can be a confusing machine, particularly if a person has a 4K television and isn't sure how to adjust their television for the best image quality.

In terms of 4K, there are few reports of those with ultra-HD displays that are not getting the exact image quality, everything displays at 1080p or even lower. However, Sony has rolled out a short video explaining exactly an owner's first step when setting up their PlayStation 4 Pro, Polygon reported.

Furthermore, in terms of details of PS4 Pro, the PlayStation 4 Pro went on sale on Nov. 10, about a year ahead of its major 4K gaming competitor, the Xbox Project Scorpio. The highly specified 4K console will be up for grabs in the United States for $399, wherein the PS4 Pro is cheaper compared to some standard PlayStation 4s being sold until today, Pocket Lint reported.

To name a few on what a gamer will get from the new Sony machine are 4.20 TFLOPS, AMD Radeon based graphics engine, GDDR5 8GB of RAM and 1TB of Hard Drive. For its connectivity, PS4 Pro rolls out with HDMI out port that supports 4K or HDR, as well as a Digital out port, Gadgets 360 has learned.

With that being said, the PlayStation 4 Pro is more of a mid-generation console rather than a complete new-gen machine. The PS4 Pro is designed to complement rather than getting rid of the original PlayStation.

Even so, Sony made it known that they have seen the PS4 Pro running several games in 4K Ultra HD and they look superb. In addition, the tech company adopts High Dynamic Range (HDR), in order to make use of a wider color gamut as well as an expanded contrast.
