'Resident Evil 7: Biohazard' Update: More Features Revealed as Release Date Fast Approaching [VIDEO]

"Resident Evil 7" launch date is confirmed and fans quickly speculate that the gameplay is based on the video clips that Capcom has released. Here is a list of its new features.

"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" feature #1: Rotate objects

Recently, Capcom released two videos of the gameplay wherein one of them is titled "A Closer Look." In the video, a new feature is revealed where players can rotate objects using an analog stick. It is an interesting feature since gamers are able to interact with any object they find.

"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" feature #2: The knife

In another video, titled "Stock Up," it demonstrates the utility knife to open boxes and cut stuff. The features in each video might be related to the puzzles that a player must solve, according to Vg247.

"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" feature #3: The herbs

The green herb seems to be more essential and needed in "RE7" as it helps player's health to recover soon. The potent potion is said to regenerate cell and closes wounds fast. The feature can be seen in the video, "Survival."

"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" feature #4: The cassette

In the video "Recorder," players will find a cassette to record the game, trace the progress and save points. The survival horror game seems to have added more features in the gameplay.

"Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" release date

"RE7: Biohazard" is scheduled to launch on Jan. 24, 2017 for PS4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows, Gamerant reported. Previously, the demo can be played for free on PS4 and it has been downloaded 4 million times, which indicates that the demand of "Resident Evil" installment is high enough to reach big sales figure.
