Rumor mills have been swirling speculations revolving around Microsoft Surface Pro 5 release date since the start of the year. The device is expected to boast an array of high-tech specs that's likely to excite a lot of fans who have been waiting with bated breath for Microsoft to shed more light on when the device is finally arriving.

 Much to the dismay of zealous fans, Microsoft Surface Pro 5 might not see the light of day this year, according to reports on iDigitalTimesThe Surface Pro 5 has been pegged to come with best specs for portable personal computer, and fans have been hoping that Microsoft will launch this high tech device in near future.

Although Microsoft continues to remain mum about the exact release date for the much-awaited device, it was expected to be launched this year according to some reports. However, other sources claim this release date is not that solid as only a quarter of the year is left. However, there's a possibility that the launch might be postponed to 2017 instead.

Nevertheless, it looks like gadget freaks will have something to cheer about this year after all. Rumors running rampant indicate that instead of the Surface Pro 5, the Redmond based tech giant will announce a different gadget i.e. the Surface All-in-One (AIO) PC this month, MNR Daily reported. Meanwhile, a slew of other reports suggest that alongside the AIO release will be the launch of the Surface Pro 5.

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Coming In Different Screen Sizes?

Consumers will be able to choose from three different screen sizes for the Surface Pro 5 including the 21-inch, 24-inch and 27-inch screen that will reportedly sport a 4K high resolution display. In addition, the device is said to have an enhanced battery life in order to support its high tech specs.
