'Pokemon Go' Tricks: How To Request For Change Of Team, But (WARNING) Response Is Too Slow [VIDEO TUTORIAL]

By

"Pokemon Go" players believe that changing teams can only be done once but developer Niantic reportedly allows players to change their teams. However, the request can only be granted by Niantic under two certain conditions.

  • First, Niantic only allows the request to change team if it is the first time that the user asks for a switch.

  • Second, Niantic will only allow switching of teams for "Pokemon Go" players who have low trainer levels, ValueWalk reported.

In order to file a request, the players need to fill out a support form. They have to indicate a request in the "Additional Request" tab that they want to change teams. Some "Pokemon Go" players who have already tried the system claim that the process is slow, so much patience is necessary. However, this is the only chance to switch to another team without losing all "Pokemon Go" progress.

Niantic came up with this process for players who picked teams hastily without consulting their friends' and family's "Pokemon Go" teams. It has also been noted that the request can be processed by players who are disloyal to their current teams and want to transfer onboard other groups, FX NewsCall reported.

Meanwhile, players are only allowed to choose from Instinct, Mystic and Valor teams once they surpassed the game's fifth level. Some players claimed that an entire "Pokemon Go" account reboot is necessary to change teams. This means that they have to uninstall and reinstall the game to erase all the data from their devices and start over.

"Pokemon Go" cheats and tricks might be available out there in order to switch teams at the middle of the game. However, those come at great risk especially if not installed properly. The best thing to do for now is to take note of the choices of friends and families before picking a "Pokemon Go" team. Watch the changing team in "Pokemon Go" tutorial here.
