Berry College, Tennessee's Higher Education Commission Involved In a Tussle over Billboard Advertising

Berry College, a private college in northwest Georgia, has filed a lawsuit against Tennessee's higher education commission in U.S. District Court in northern Georgia, last month, urging the court to prevent Tennessee from introducing fees or taking legal action against the college for billboard advertising in the state.
