Ever since Bungie announced the coming of Destiny 2, the game has been creating a lot of buzz - from the gameplay to the characters. Two of the biggest changes to the sequel will be the Grimoire cards and WoW integration.

Steve Cotton, Bungie World's lead, revealed in an interview on Forbes that they will altogether eliminate the Grimoire cards in Destiny 2. Everybody who has played the game knows that these cards hold the story that surrounds the world of Destiny. Without them, it is impossible to know what's going on in the game.

As much as they are important, a lot of Destiny players think that it is unnecessary to tell the story outside the gameplay. Bungie definitely heard them and as Cotton revealed, the Destiny story will now be told in-game - through the characters, the quests, items, and the whole Destiny 2 realm. That means the story will slowly unfold as players progress in their journey in the game.

Another interesting announcement that caused a big stir was the one made by Activision, which is Destiny 2 will be available on PC and only through Blizzard Launcher, formerly called Battle.net.

The announcement holds a lot of significance to Destiny 2 players and one of that is that WoW players can use their WoW tokens to purchase Destiny 2. Originally, WoW tokens could be traded to buy a month's subscription of the game. But Bungie now allows WoW tokens to redeem in Blizzard Launcher as well.

Because of this, WoW gold has become even more valuable as players who have a lot of excess gold find ways how to spend them and buy other Blizzard merchandise.

The value of WoW tokens has suddenly shot up from 110,596 golds to 140,171. Fortunately, it began to level this week at 120K. Despite this, WoW tokens will continue to increase in value depending on how Bungie will monetize Destiny 2.
