LaMarcus Aldridge started out strong by shooting 11-11 and ended the game with 33 points in leading the Spurs to victory against the Bulls with a score of 119-100. The Bulls vs Spurs game featured the Spurs jumping out to a 26-8 lead before the Bulls tied the game in the third quarter.

According to SB Nation, Kawhi Leonard had a double-doublue with 25 points in 7/14 shooting, 10 rebounds and 3 steals. Pau Gasol, playing against his former team, had 12 points and 7 rebounds. On the other side, the Bulls could not get on their rhythm in this Bulls vs Spurs game as Dwayne Wade was the lone bright spot with 24 points and 6 assists. Jimmy Butler scored 19 points but it took him 19 shots to get there.

LaMarcus Aldridge had his second-highest scoring game since joining the Spurs last season, according to ESPN. His 33 points were his season high for this season and he also finished with nine rebounds and just one turnover in this Bulls vs Spurs game. Robin Lopez was tasked to try and contain him but he ended up playing just 19 minutes and his team was outscored by 26 points when he was on the floor.

The Spurs shot a whopping 82.4 percent in the first quarter, their best field goal percentage in a single quarter since they shot 84.6 percent against the Knicks in the third quarter of their game back in December 10, 2014. The Spurs once again proved they have a deep bench as their bench has outscored the opposing team's bench in 20 of their past 30 games.
