The GTA Online Festive Surprise 2016 is out now and it is loaded with goodies that the average Grand Theft Auto fan will surely love. Among those included in the update are Christmas-themed sweaters and hats.

GTA Online Festive Surprise 2016 gives holiday-themed Hats and Sweaters plus all the returning classic Santa outfits, Masks and other Christmas clothing, according to Rockstar Games. All of these items can be added to your inventory at no extra charge come Jan. 9.

According to Gamespot, gamers will receive huge rewards of up to $50,000 when they sell vehicles stolen from the previous update. For the masks, racers can dress up as Gingerbread Man or even jolly old St. Nick himself. GTA Online Festive Surprise 2016 includes two new cars that are available for purchase, the Nero Custom and Truffade Nero.

GTA Online Festive Surprise 2016 could not have come at a better time for Grand Theft Auto V as the game is very successful having sold more than 6 million copies in the U.K. alone. It also managed to pull in 70 million sales worldwide which is an amazing feat for a game. To this day, it sells well each week, which means they are gaining more and more fans.

With the massive success of Grand Theft Auto V and the release of GTA Online Festive Surprise 2016, there are reports that Grand Theft Auto VI is currently in the making. However, no announcement has been made when it will be released to the public. Gamers can only hope it will make improvements from the downsides of Grand Theft Auto V.
