The highly anticipated NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti is rumored to be launched at the CES event in January 2017. The new model is rumored to be superior than the GTX Titan X and been the subject of all the tech hype lately. Will it live up to the expectations?

The Consumer Electronic Show is for the tech enthusiasts as well as the gamers. It is a place where people from the tech industry gather to discuss consumer technologies and the businesses revolving around it. The CES is where NVIDIA is going to launch its new GTX 1080 Ti.

GTX 1080 Ti Review

The GTX 1080 Ti brings better performance to the table with its GP102 GPU, 208 texture mappings features, 3328 CUDA cores, and its 160 render output units, Neuro Gadget reported.

Meanwhile, the GTX Titan X only has 28nm GM200-400 GPU, 192 texture mapping units, 3072 CUDA cores, and 96 render output units.

The GTX 1080 Ti also has an impressive graphics card with a 1503MHz clock speed and 10 teraflops HP. While the GTX Titan X only has a video card with a clock speed of 1002MHz.

The new GTX 1080 Ti also offers superior memory frequency with 384GB/s Memory Bandwidth. While, the Titan X only has 336GB/s.

One of the major difference is the GTX 1080 Ti must be marketed as high-end and more expensive, while the Titan X is mid-tier.

NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti Release Date Similar with The New GTX 1060 Variant?

But besides the GTX 1080 Ti, it is confirmed that NVIDIA is releasing a new graphics card called the GeForce GTX 1060 3GB, The Bit Bag reported. This could mean that NVIDIA could corrext everything that's wrong with the GP104 GPUs and repurpose them into the GTX 1060 PCB package.

With the NVIDIA GTX 1080 Ti and the GTX 1060 set for release in 2017, gamers are really going to experience a brand new level of PC gaming.
