iPhone 7 users are recently in deep discussions in the iPhone support communities and are commonly having problem with the frozen iPhone 7. Users now hope that the new iOS 10.2 Beta update could help solve their iPhone 7 freezing problem.

One upset iPhone 7 user posted in the iPhone support communities saying their new device freezes when trying to send messages and all the buttons suddenly stop working. Another user said that the phone freezes when trying to restart by pressing the holding the power and volume down buttons. The users have been asking if there were any software or hardware issues with the iPhone 7.

Users can only keep their fingers crossed until such time Apple has responded to the issue and come up with a solution. At the moment, they can try to update their iPhone 7 to the iOS 10.2 Beta to see what it can do.

The new iOS 10.2 Beta update include features like the Unicode 9.0 emoji, new TV app, additional camera features, three new iPhone 7 and 7 Plus wallpapers and new Messages screen. There were also new discoveries like the new widget for the Videos app, new preserve camera setting, celebration messages screen effect and a lot more, 9to5 Mac reported. It also has more bug fixes and more refinements.
