HTC's Bolt, the latest smartphone from the Taiwan-based laptop manufacturer, is out but exlcusive only to Sprint. Priced at $600, you can get the HTC Bolt from Sprint under a two-year contract for $25 per month. So, what can be expected with this new HTC smartphone?

The design of the HTC Bolt looks quite similar to the HTC 10, according to a BGR report. That includes the location of some parts of the handset and even its exterior looks the same with the exception new handset's back which is flattened.

The HTC Bolt display is a 5.5-inch touchscreen with a 1440 pixel by 2560 pixel resolution. The new smartphone's rear camera can also be used to shoot a 4k video with its magnificent camera specs. HTC Bolt comes with an 18-megapixel rear camera and has an aperture of f/20 and an 8-megapixel front camera, Digital Trends reported.

The device is also featured with a Qualcomm Snapdragon Octa-core 810 processor with an Android Nougat 7.0 chipset. It also powered by a fast charging 3200 mAh battery that is non-removable.

The HTC Bolt is incorporated with a single sim slot that only accepts Nano-sim and the device allows connection to WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3G, 4G, NFC and FM. There are also sensors on the device which includes Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Barometer, Gyroscope and a Proximity sensor.

Moreover, the device has a 3GB RAM and a 64GB of internal storage plus, it has a MicroSD slot for additional storage. The device is also waterproof.

In addition, the device doesn't have any audio jack as it features the HTC Boom Sound Adaptive Audio, which makes it the first smartphone to showcase one. An earphone can only be attached to the USB port which is used for charging, so charging and listening to audio via earphones is impossible.
