Eddison "Dolorous Edd" Tollett may just be a supporting character in "Game of Thrones," but recently, he has been progressing into the spotlight. Alliser Thorne, along with his co-mutineers, were outsmarted when Dolorous Edd recruited the assistance of the wildlings to acquire Castle Black.

When Jon Snow was revived from being dead, Dolorous Edd was one of the first few characters who welcomed him, eventually he was appointed as the 'de facto' Lord Commander of the Night's Watch when Jon has gone to Winterfell. These exposures are quite remarkable for someone who works as a support player, according to Winter Is Coming.

During the Sunderland Echo Portfolio Busines Awards, Ben Crompton (Dolorous Edd) made a statement about his return on the show. He said that he had a lot of fun on the show's Season 7 together with the cast. He likes to film on the Castle Black set, because according to him, the set is genuine and that it be interacted with - eventhough Castle Black may be cold, Express UK reported.

It can be conlcuded, therefore, that Dolorous Edd will still be present on the Season 7 of "Game of Thrones", and Castle Black will again appear. Crompton's statements served as a confirmation to these assumptions.

Crompton had not revealed any major information about "Game of Thrones" Season 7, but instead left a teaser for everyone. He said that there will be some surprises. Since the show is coming towards its end, fans may already have their assumptions, however, he did not confirm as to what these are.

On the other hand, Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) was left speechless after reading her script. In her interview with E! during the 68^th Primetime Emmy Awards she said that the season is unbelievable and the fans will really be satisfied. Maisie Williams who plays Arya Stark has also assured the fans that nothing can prepare them for season 7. She even advised her followers to start preparing now, and later went on to warn that nothing will ever prepare them for it.
