Warner Bros. released an IMAX-themed trailer for the upcoming Tom Hanks film, "Sully". The new trailer shows off the most dramatic moments in the story of the force water landing.

It can be predicted that the drama film "Sully" will be nominated for Best /picture in the 2017 Oscar Awards. While the first trailer released for the movie presents its award-winning quality and making the film look fantastic, the trailer is most likely focusing on getting the attention of the voters. The second trailer, which is for IMAX, is better than before and is so impressive that people would look forward to the movie even more, Cinema Blend reported.

The new trailer looks mostly shows the efforts made by Captain Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger (Tom Hanks) to land the US Airways Flight 1549 forcefully into the Hudson River. The focal point of this new trailer shoes the heroic moments of Captain Sully, thus, increasing the tension in the story.

The film is based on the book written by Captain Sully himself: "Highest Duty: My Search for What Really Matters". The movie and the book tells the story of the heroic captain who landed the Flight 1549 plane in the Hudson River which resulted to zero passenger death with only minor injuries, according to Pulse.ng.

The film and the book was based on a true story. The airplane piloted by Captain Sullenberger lost power from both engines caused by multiple bird strikes. The crew initially tried to land on the Teterboro Airport but decided that it was too far. Captain Sullenberger and First Officer Jeffrey Skiles glided the plane towards the Hudson. The Flight 1549 safely landed in the river on January 15, 2009 and the event was known to be "Miracle on the Hudson".

All people inside the airbus was saved and the crew were given the Master's Medal of the Guild of Air Pilots and Air Navigators. The movie, "Sully" will hit the big screens in September 9.
