Diving has definitely shaped Kassidy Leigh Cook's career such that she is once at the helm of mustering all energy and power to prove to the world how team USA should rule in Women's 3M Springboard at Rio Olympic 2016. As seen through her Instagram post, a more controlled anticipation from her air eminates, especially since she is seen to keep up with her full dedication to diving.

The Women's 3M Springboard will be covered live by the NBCOlympic.com at the Maria Lenk Aquatics Centre on Friday, August 12, 2016 at exactly 15:30. Cook was posted to contend with other trending women divers, Tania Cagnotto (Italy), Jennifer Abel (Canada), He Zi (China) and teammate Abigail Johnston (USA), etc.

Despite being an alumna of the Stanford University, a significant member of the United States National Diving Team and a 4thranker during the USA Diving Winter National Championships and the US Olympic Team Trials in 2012, Kassidy Cook keeps her ground by following routines and imbibing discipline in everything she does. Cook had made record in 2012 when she scored high freestyle moves in 3M Springboard at two separate occasions- 990.20 for USA Diving Winter National Championships, and 962.25 for U.S. Olympic Team Trials.
