Judge Gonzalo Curiel has stopped the release of video clips from news organizations. The class action lawsuit against Donald Trump and his real estate school, Trump University continues.

US District Judge Gonzalo Curiel rejected the bid coming from news organizations. The organizations compiled a video of Trump's full day of testimony during December 10, 2015. It was located at his New York Office. Another three hour footage testimony on January 21 was set in his Las Vegas law office.

The video, according to the Guardian, shows Trump's tone, facial expressions, gestures and body language show "complete and utter unfamiliarity" with Trump University's instructors and instruction. Those criticizing Trump explained that he made "many spontaneous and ad hominem remarks that are not reflected in the paper transcript of his deposition."

Recently, it was also reported that Curiel rejected Trump's bid to dismiss the lawsuit. Trump's camp stated an argument that the video testimony could be used to attack Trump and could possibly stain the jury.

In the same light, Curiel agreed. "There is every reason to believe that release of the deposition videos would contribute to an on-going 'media frenzy' that would increase the difficulty of seating an impartial jury," says the judge.

Many are concerned with the Republican presidential candidate's business acumen and practices. The question of fraudulence has been raised and may target Trump's campaign.

Two class-action lawsuits being overseen by Curiel in San Diego and one lawsuit in New York allege that Trump University is not an accredited university. It pressured students into paying $35,000 for mentorships and seminars but failed on its promise. The school was meant to teach students how to be successful in the realm of real estate.
