Jim Harbaugh's first full recruiting cycle as Michigan's head football coach was a massive success, but he is not done.

Harbaugh will take the Michigan Wolverines to the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. for the school's spring break starting Feb. 27, ESPN reported. In Florida, Michigan will get to practice in warm weather, the players will bond, and Harbaugh will recruit.

The IMG Academy not only produces several Division I football recruits every year, but the school counts NFL stars like Cam Newton, Russell Wilson, Luke Kuechly, Randall Cobb, and more among its alumni.

"We've got some good plans to have swim meets, putt-putt golf. We're going to have football meetings. We're going to have practices," Harbaugh told ESPN. "It gives us a chance to win on a lot of different levels."

Harbaugh has done this before, notably holding Michigan satellite camps in SEC country during last offseason. It also fits with his overall approach to recruiting, which is to keep his program in the news cycle and thus on the minds of many people as he can reach. So while in Florida, Harbaugh will be putting the Michigan Wolverines everyone has seen on TV and heard about on the radio right in front of future prospects.

Harbaugh proves recruiting is a year-round, 'round-the-clock job. Even as he sat on stage during Signing with the Stars he was actively recruiting, technically. Five-star defensive tackle Rashan Gary appeared on "SportsCenter" around 1 p.m. to reveal his college choice, and Harbaugh found out he picked Michigan during a commercial break.

While he was not able to confirm Gary's commitment with a signature on a letter of intent, Bleacher Report pointed out, he did say he received "some good news." Gary told ESPNU after the fact that he only made up his mind when he got to ESPN's campus, so whether he was leaning toward Michigan beforehand or not, his recruitment was technically open. 700 miles away, welcoming new recruits to Michigan, Harbaugh was recruiting.
