‘Jurassic World 2’ Update: Plot Scarier, More Suspenseful, Says Director; Jurassic World Trilog In The Works [Video]

After the success of Jurassic World int he box office last year, the production team cooking "Jurassic World 2," something much fresher for fans of the franchise to enjoy. Fans, apart from the thrill they have experienced last year, could "Jurassic World 2" to be scarier and more suspenseful.

According to Colin Trevorrow who directed the first "Jurassic Park", the "Jurassic World 2" sequel will be more suspenseful and scarier the way it is designed and the way the story plays out. In addition, consider the fact that the new director JA Bayona's achievement in directing "The Orphanage," an eye-wateringly scary film in Spanish Language obviously, he's got the skill to make a better story out of the "Jurassic World's" next sequel.

As for the location of the "Jurassic World 2," when Trevorrow was interviewed by Wired last year, he said that this isn't going to be limited in the theme park alone and will not be just dinosaurs chasing people. Now, what about the crazy idea of 15 entities making a dinosaur? Fans will still keep guessing this time until official announcement has been made.

One thing is confirmed and fans can expect a trilogy for the Jurassic World as Donna Langley - Universal Studios chief - with two more "Jurassic" movies in the pipeline. Trevorrow added that he iis currently working on an outline, Digital Spy reported. Bayona also confirmed that they are already writing the second chapter, IGN reported. So, it's safe to say that the "Jurassic World 2" will be the first part.

Another intriguing news is that actor Justice Smith of Netflix's "The Get Down" will be joining the cast although details regarding his character in the upcoming film is not yet revealed. However, one thing is for sure, he will be joining Chris Pratt (Owen) and Bryce Dallas Howard (Claire).
