There is an app for just about everything these days and now getting pizza is easier than ever.

According to the Huffington Post, five 19-year-olds in Brooklyn, N.Y. came up with the idea for an app called "Pizza Button" in Dec. By this summer, "Push for Pizza" was on the digital market.

Max Hellerstein, one of the new pizza app's co-founders, said they welcome the comparisons to the "Yo" app, which allows users to message friends with just the one word. The Push for Pizza guys came up with their initial idea before Yo hit the market, but thanks to both app's simplicity, they will be linked for a long time.

"We support Yo," Hellerstein told the HP. "We think Yo's a great thing."

TechCrunch has even called the app the "Yo for food delivery." The website noted how their promotional video "has totally embraced the silliness of the idea."

In order to really be able to simply push a button for pizza delivery, the user who downloads the app needs to input their address and payment information. After the user presses the pizza button, the app finds the nearest, cheapest and several other delivery spots. The user can only pick between cheese and peperoni before they finalize payment (including tip, if desired) and place their order.

The founders told the HP they are still expanding and trying to add more pizza restaurants to their service. Push For Pizza's creators get a percentage of every sale made through the app, but Hellerstein recently told Gawker he would be willing to sell the app for $1 million.

The group may not actually be planning to sell, as they said they could envision expanding it for various other types of food.

"Spinoffs are [definitely] in the pipeline, we always talk about an umbrella food button ordering system," Cyrus Summerlin, a Push for Pizza co-founder, told TechCrunch. "Cookies, tacos, burgers, everything, you name it. To start however, we wanted to use everyone's favorite food for a proof of concept, pizza."
