What consumers usually look in a phone nowadays are the size and nice screen which makes HTC U Ultra in the list of options. Since then smartphones are exceptionally large and sports a sharp screen, reports suggest that it should be the next Android favorite.

After four years of waiting, HTC has finally delivered a high-end smartphone which is not run-of-the-mill of the previously released smartphones. Physically, the U Ultra is different because of its appearance which comprised of glossy colored back and larger frame, Time reported.

In addition, HTC U Ultra also features the company's own voice assistant called Sense Companion. The virtual aide is considered a proactive digital assistant because of its ability to suggest anything throughout the day. It works alongside another assistant called Google Assistant.

The secondary screen located at the top of the screen which displays calendar alerts, weather forecasts and reminders is a newly added feature to the smartphone. On the other hand, the main display which is made of Super LCD 5 panel has a screen resolution of 2560 x 1440 which gives colorful and sharp display.

HTC U Ultra's 12MP main camera captures good photos but not as vibrant as Google Pixel and iPhone 7 Plus. However, the 16MP front camera is a deal breaker because selfies photos look normal than over-processed because of its f/2.0 aperture and 28mm focal length, The Mobile Indian reported.

Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor built with Adreno 530 GPU. The smartphone is also equipped with 4GB of RAM which comes in two storage options of 64GB and 128GB expandable via microSD card.

Lastly, HTC U Ultra runs Sense UI on top of Android 7.0 Nougat. What makes the phone more interesting is the application called HTC Boost+ which is responsible for optimizing the phone by freeing up some space through removing trash as well as to assists in locking other apps.
