Many people dream of working for Facebook, and if it has also crossed your mind, do you have what it takes to be part of the giant social media company? If one of your wildest dreams is to work for Mark Zuckerberg who founded the world's most popular social media platform, Facebook, then you should know that answering one of their most favorite questions is a "make or break" deal for you.

To go about landing a job at the Menlo Park, California-based social media giant, here's the question that Facebook global head of recruiting Miranda Kalinowski and VP of people Lori Goler, told Business Insider.

"On your very best day at work - the day you come home and think you have the best job in the world - what did you do that day?"

Miranda Kalinowski explained that the reason why this is one of their favorite questions is because this is how they discover how an applicant defines their best day at work; what drives them and what motivates them, and what they are really passionate about. It could be being in a meeting with clients, or sitting down doing the coding or calculating a spreadsheet and it could be different for each and every individual.

It could be a tricky question but this is one way of them finding out if an applicant is a perfect fit for one of the best companies in America. She added that they consider it a right answer if it coincides with Facebook's mission of giving people the power to share and making the world more open and connected, according to Telegraph.

According to Kalinowski, although the interview process varies for different roles, this question is one of the most common and the most popular. She said that they just want to make sure they are able to connect deeply to their candidates in the recruiting or interviewing process.
