Disney released the latest and apparently the last of its series of trailers for the live-action adaptation of the 1991 classic animation "Beauty and the Beast."

The trailer is filled with visuals oddly familiar to that of the animated feature, showing iconic moments that stirs a sense of nostalgia for those who have seen the original, right down to Chip's tea bubble trick. The Verge reported that the trailer does feature a condensed retelling of the story's first half. See the side-by-side comparison in the video below.

Seeing Emma Watson as Belle had this writer convinced that she is perfect for the role. Much more impressive is that she does sing in the film. Moreover, if by all indication, the movie were faithful to the animated feature, it would be a treat seeing how they execute "Something There." A snippet of it was released but it stops where The Beast, played by Dan Stevens, should take over.

Not many know that Luke Evans does sing. He has been doing so in the theater, and he embodies Gaston as seen in the trailers. Saying the man can just carry a tune is an understatement. Aside from serious acting chops, and good looks, he really sings, beautifully.

Another iconic song in the movie is "Be Our Guest," sang by Lumiére, here voiced by Ewan McGregor. We have seen and heard him sing in "Moulin Rouge" and even were nominated for the song "Come What May" in 2002. So it should not be surprising to see, well, at least hear him singing.

MovieWeb reported that Walt Disney Studios has scheduled special opening night events for "Beauty and the Beast" fans on March 16. The said event will be done simultaneously in approximately 590 locations nationwide, said the report.

"Beauty and the Beast" will also feature new songs written by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman. "Beauty and the Beast" won for Menken two Academy Awards for Best original Score and Best Song. The highly anticipated live-action film is scheduled for release in U.S. theaters on Mar. 17, 2017.
